who is collabo?

Over 19 years of experience within the luxury hospitality and events industry has provided me with a deep appreciation for honest, authentic relationships with my clients and vendor partners.

Working with Relais & Chateau resorts, Auberge du Soleil and Meadowood Napa Valley, premier dining establishments, Quince in San Francisco (Three MICHELIN stars), and Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events, not only fed my appetite  for fine wine, food and exemplary service, but also allowed me to develop invaluable connections throughout the industry. These experiences have alchemized into a unique skillset I bring to my clients to bridge the gap between “old school and new school” thinking and between front-of-house and back-of-house logistics.

what does collabo do?

Noting a scarcity of resources and guidance for superior services within the events industry , I started COLLABO Consulting to provide the tools and structure to help good event professionals be great. COLLABO establishes individualized plans and architecture for each of my clients to elevate their private events, from internal systems to sales, marketing and execution.

 The ideal partners for COLLABO are hospitality business owners and decision-makers: wineries, hotels, restaurants, private venue owners, planners, caterers and event vendors, who want to improve  their events program and are willing to invest in their own services. I provide order, systems and strategic partnerships to position my clients to flourish in the events industry.

I listen and take inventory of my clients’ needs and goals. Their goals become my own. I take time to understand the values my clients hold, and use my unique experience and targeted expertise to put my clients ahead of their competition, on multiple levels.

I play the long-game in terms of relationship management as I guide my clients through strategic thinking to elevate their guest experiences. My intention always is to improve internal systems, increase exposure and ultimately promote sales growth.
